A True Lesson in Bravery

My mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in late April of 2002. At first, she thought surgery and chemotherapy were an option, but within a few months, she was told the cancer had spread and it was terminal. She became very sick, very fast...but she still kept a brave face, and was more concerned about us than her own pain and discomfort. She was my rock, and she really showed me the true meaning of bravery. Love you and miss you, Mom!
